Pam has been a member of the management team at MOSAID for over 8 years, most recently in the senior position of Vice President of Finance and Operations.   

With over 20 years of accounting and finance experience, including the role as Controller with both Rockstar Consortium and Marquis Technologies, Pam has deep roots in the Intellectual Property industry.   Throughout her career, Pam has been active in M&A transactions, corporate restructuring and financing deals.

Pam is responsible for all of MOSAID’s financial functions, including accounting, financial planning, treasury, audit and tax.  In addition, she also leads the company’s Human Resource and Information Technology departments.  

Pam is a CPA, CA and holds a Honours Bachelor of Commerce Accounting degree from the University of Ottawa.
