Conversant’s Scott Burt will be a panellist at the Intellectual Property Law Section of the Dallas Bar Association’s Continuing Legal Education (CLE). The panel is titled, “Troll Hunting: Legislative Update over Perceived Patent Abuses by Non-Practicing Entities.” The panel moderator is James Gourley, Partner Carstens & Cahoon LLP.
The Dallas Bar Association offers nearly 400 CLE courses each year, Presentations on every topic of law are offered) throughout the year, including presentations that will fulfill the law ethics/professional responsibility requirement. CLE courses/seminars are held at the Belo Mansion and also at a North Dallas location.
